industry and commerce an ethical and high quality approach to skills
development, assessment and quality assurance. Being closely in touch with
the action at policy level, our services are never static, and are always
informed by resourceful engagement with the latest developments.
The very essence of our business is to assist organisations to reach the
place where they themselves can respond creatively to requirements related
to the Skills Development Act/NQF, the creation of National Standards, the
creation of organisational profiles, skills development, assessment and
integrated Performance Management systems.
The organisation draws on a line-up of staff that have played leading roles
in the policy design, implementation of the NQF and Skills Legislation.
In addition, the company contributes to real broad-based empowerment at
grassroots level in the industry. Ikaheng HR Services is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Ukhamba Holdings, which is 50.1% owned by previously
disadvantaged individuals working in the transport and logistics industry.
