CLEANING SERVICES

Standard Contract Cleaning Services

    • We supply trained, skilled, dedicated, uniformed staff that cleans on a daily/nightly basis under direct or indirect managerial supervision.
    • The service includes “fit for purpose” cleaning equipment and consumables and the application of the correct methodology.
    • All our equipment will be maintained as part of the contract.
    • Our area Managers will inspect the work and liaise with the appointed contact person on a weekly basis to ensure that all aspects of quality is maintained
    • Ikaheng will provide a cleaning schedule aligned with our clients specific operational requirements.

 

Window Cleaning Services

Ikaheng Cleaning Services can provide you with an inside and outside window cleaning service on a quarterly basis charged monthly.
We are using a new state of the art technique that involves the use of telescopic poles and 100% purified water filtered through a specific process and no chemicals used.

    • Cleaning of External Windows

The application of this advanced technology benefits the client and the environment alike:

        • It is 100% Eco Friendly.The water fed pole cleaning system uses 100% purified water and no chemicals, thus 100% Eco Friendly.
        • Better Cleaning Results - Dirt particles are agitated using a purpose made, soft bristled brush, and rinsed away using extremely pure water.
        • Windows frames are also cleaned during this unique process.
        • Windows dry naturally due to the fact that no chemicals and detergents are used
Windows stay clean for a longer period of time due to the absence of sticky soap residue left on the window. Usually rainfall would mix with this soap residue and form little spots on the windows. After a little while using this method, all traces of the soap residue will be rinsed away. The rain will have no soap residue to mix with and therefore they will appear to remain cleaner for longer.
